How To Accept Jesus

To begin your relationship with Jesus, you need to trust Him as your Lord and Saviour. Christ is waiting for you with open arms!

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9

The One who created you loves you no matter who you are or what you’ve done. He wants you to experience the profound depth of His care. You just need to take the first step towards Him.
To invite God into your life and into your heart, you must tell Him you are willing to trust Him for salvation. You can tell Him in your own words or use this simple prayer:

”Dear Lord Jesus, I humbly come to you to ask You to forgive me of my sins and save me from an eternal separation from God. I am a sinner, deserving of Hell. By faith, I trust You as Lord and Saviour of my life and I accept Your perfect sacrifice on the cross as sufficient payment for my sins. I turn away from my sinful life and want to follow you. Thank You for providing the way for me to know You and to have a personal relationship with my heavenly Father. Through faith in You and You alone, I have eternal life. Thank You for hearing my prayers and loving me unconditionally. Please give me the strength, wisdom, and determination to walk in the centre of Your will for my life. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
