A MESSAGE TO OUR CHURCH FAMILY,

AS WE CONTINUE ON THIS JOURNEY TO REOPEN PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THESE SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19:

  • New loss of taste or smell

  • Sore throat

  • Congestion or runny nose

  • Nausea or vomiting

  • Diarrhea

  • Fever or chills

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • Fatigue

  • Muscle or body aches

  • Headache

If you have been exposed or are experiencing symptoms, please get tested and remain isolated until you receive a negative test result or have been symptom free for 72 hours.

We are recommending that if you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive or are experiencing any of the above symptoms to please consider getting tested yourself. As stated above, self-isolating after exposure is key and further details can be found on the government website. (Keep in mind self-isolating includes not attending our live services)

Whether it be for your own personal safety or for the consideration of others, please adhere to the following requests when you do attend, so we can all be as safe as possible:

  • Temperature screening upon entry

  • Please wear a face mask for the duration of the service including before and after service, especially when talking to others.

  • Wash your hands regularly and use hand sanitizer.

  • Please refrain from close, personal contact (Hugging, Handshakes, etc.)

If you are feeling ill at all, have recently tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone else who has within the last 14 days, please stay home.

If you are in a high-risk category or are in anyway not comfortable with attending our live services, at this time, we encourage you to stay home and continue to join us online (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCWc7X3A3MBE8UV0yOomK57A).

 

IF YOU CAN MEET US IN PERSON, THESE ARE SOME OF THE COMMONSENSE HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES WE ARE ADHERING TO:

 

  1. For the time being, we will not be providing childcare; this includes nursery and Children’s Church.

  2. We will have ushers in the building please follow their guidance in regards to seating arrangements/Moving around the building.

  3. We will continue to use contactless giving options as well as giving stations but will not be passing an offering plate until further notice.

  4. If you have travelled from a Coronavirus positive area or come into contact with COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks, we ask that you attend online only.

  5. If you are currently experiencing any of the above listed symptoms of COVID-19, please do not attend service in person.

  6. We recommend that those who are at greater risk (Government recommendations) take necessary precautions if attending.

  7. We recommend that you do not come at the last minute or late, as we will be taking the following safety screening precautions at each entrance:

    • Every person will be required to sanitize/wash their hands for at least 20 seconds.

    • Every person will have their temperature taken.

  8. We will continue to practice the Government’s recommendations we originally put in place, including refraining from handshaking and hugging, etc.

  9. Attendees will be seated by family, but with some distancing between seats of non-family members.

  10. Wearing face masks is REQUIRED for all attendees. If you do not have mask, we will have a limited number available.

  11. We realize that some of you may not be comfortable with meeting at this time, or that you may have objections to sanitizing, screening, or distancing measures being taken. If this is you, we recommend that you continue to watch online until all restrictions are removed.
